Plan Swings not displaying in callout view

my casework swings are not showing in the callout view and I can't work out why. I have checked that the family and all the nested family parts are ticked in V/G. the view range is exactly the same. =The view template is the same. Everything is the same. Is it a common occurence for plan callouts to remove casework swings?
