Phasing Graphic Overrides Not Working

The walls in the snip below are all 'new'. Why won't the new walls appear blue as I have set them using the setting below? Thank you.

New is clearly black in your phase override setting.

That's weird - the snip is showing blue as black. Here's another one:

Are these the settings for SHOW NEW?

My guess is that New isn't overridden.

Go to the Phase Filters tab, and look at the Show New line.  Does it say Overridden in the New column, or is it set to By Category?  The override will only be applied if it is set to Overridden.

Set show new filter to new = overridden.  

Suggest to read this link to be familiar with Revit phasing.
