Hi all.

Suddenly some part of a family is missing.

There is no crop view, no plan regions and I can see all the other.

Pic 1: Here is where its missing.

Pic 2: Its not hidden.

What is wrong?

Pic 3: Its visible in 3d view.1.JPG2.JPG3.JPG

Maybe it's hidden in another Phase?

Plan Region??? Well, how do the Plan Region's View Range setting differ from the View's View Range settings?

...is this about a pony wall not cutting? If so, this is a Revit idiosyncracy.

I'm just as confused as you.

The View range is set to 2300 - 1300 - 0mm and the plan region is set to 2300 - 1300 - -150mm, but why is plan region with minus offset, not necessary for the other, that is the same family.

Is the wall's Top Constraints set to "Unconnected"? Change it to a Level Name with an Offset distance.

I just noticed the -150mm for your bottom in your Plan Region settings.  That tells me everything. The wall is below the Level.  No wonder it doesn't show at 0mm.
