Hi all,
I have an issue while working out the pricing of benches (panels).
Please see the images below. This is a simple multiplication that for some reason Revit is not doing right (or maybe I do not know what is the reason why is getting this issue.
The total price here should be 1 for some reason is giving 10.76. Has anyone had this issue before? many thanks in advance.

Can you upload the model to check it?

Your parameter "price per m^2" has as unit "price per square foot"
1 m2 = 10.76 foot2
If I override the unit in the schedule to price per square meter

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
Thanks for that @L.Maas & @GustavoUbriaco! That made sense. Really appreciate your help 😉
