Organization browser with phase

Hello,

try to set the browser with phese view. 

When I do it. I do not undrestand why in my organization file there aren't pavements plan and I have only the plan level 3 for ceiling plan in existing state (stato di fato) and all the plans are in new plan (stato di progetto) if I set for all walls (violet and red) existing state in the paremeters.

Not undrestand correlation between the plans view and the parameter to set the walls.

Hope to be clear.

If someone answer me please, with some attachment. Furthermore think I will not undreastand.

Grouping Views by Phase under the Project Browser is simply putting the Views of the same Phase in one group.  It has nothing to do with Phase filter of the views and the Phasing status of the elements.

we typically create a Shared Parameter and apply it to the project and assign all views and Sheets to use this Parameter to organize the Project Browser structure.

in the options - Select which organizational structure you want to use (Example) Project Designation will sort views and sheets as they relate to the Project Designation as in image 2

Image 1 shows sorted by the Parameter Phase Designation 

image 3 is set for all Sheets

Image 4 is set for all views

after creating a view or a sheet you will need to assign them the correct designation, in order to sort them as you wish.

But how can I assign the correct designation? Manage organization browser as in your attachment 3 and 4?

But why, if I do nothing, and click on mode "phases" to organized the browser, I have in existing state ( stato di fatto) only 3 level ceilng plan and 3d view, and other views are in new state (stato di progetto)? Do not think is depending on filters" and "organisation and grouping" parameter can I modify. This is organization that not depend on how I manage parameter of organization broser in "filter state", but depend on program, right?
