I created a profile for both crown and base molding for the wall. However, when I went to apply the baseboard molding sweep after applying the crown molding sweep, it changed both the crown molding and base molding I just applied to the wall to the baseboard molding until I delete the baseboard sweep and change it back to the crown molding. What can I do?

You created the crown first and then the proceeded to do the base? You sure you fully completed and closed out of the first sweep? Also, you are doing this as 2 separate elements; that is, your not trying to do them both in one sketch session, Right?
...and you're using 2 different, uniquely named profiles, Right?
Could be a loose nut behind the keyboard. (Kidding. "Loose nut"; get it?)
I think you misunderstood what I was implying by my question. How are you actually doing these sweep? Are you doing them separately, or are you building them into the wall type?
BTW, I asked you if this was an ongoing problem. Was it a fluke or is it still happening?
Ok sorry I'm on a mobile right now but I finally figured out what was causing the problem. The crown molding in my first sweep had to be duplicated on my walls in revit in order to the apply the baseboard molding to the wall of the floors without changing the crown molding profile to my selected crown molding sweep for the top of the wall. Let me show a picture.
Thank you for trying to help.
