Open a rvt file with Design Review

Hello,

Is it possible to open a file .rvt without Revit but with Design Review or another software?

I'm looking for a way to transform a file .rvt in .dwf (or others) without opening the file with Revit.

I hope my message is understandable.

no design review doesn't open up .rvt files

do you have Navisworks?

the user also wants to covert files to DWF which you can't do with the online viewer as far as i can tell
