Does anyone know how to tag topo.....I'm working with a site map....I would love to identify this with tags...

Because we may have several views with different scaling.  Basically need to tag subregions....for roadways, parking lots, waterways....and so on

You can use Keynotes.

I would rather avoid keynotes for this project....whereas I will have many different view/sheet for site work.

I was hoping there was something out there for tagging purposes....this way it would save hours of work, and hours of re-work

Why do you avoid using Keynotes?  It can be used for tagging and saving you hours of work and re-work.

To my knowledge...You would have to tag every sheet associated....We have 250 to 300 sheets.

Is this not true....Am I missing something. Maybe my knowledge on keynotes is not up to par.

Are you looking to do something similar to Tag All not tagged?

The only way I can think of is tag one master (not cropped) view with user keynotes, then select all of the keynotes and copy paste align to all other views. If they can be dependent views then it can be much easier.

Good Point...and good suggestion.

I'm going to still fish a little just to see. But it may be, where I will have to use this method

Thanks much
