note on a grid point

Hi all..

Is there a way to put on a Grid point an information? In this case I need to put the exact topo point.. This image was create using AutoCAD (after Revit)..

I guess to know if I can do it directly with REVIT.

What sort of information? I did see your image but I can't make out the information.
