Not able to see walls in the plan view

For some reason, I am not able to see the windows of my building in plan view.

I have attached the screenshot.

First guess; Check the cut plane level in the view range (properties palette) ... it should be above the window sill

@RDAOU  This solved it. But can you direct me to a video that explains the view range property function properly.

I want to understand:

1) What does offset from Top: mean

2) What does Primary Range mean?

3) What does view depth mean

4) What does offset from bottom mean?
