Need to make separate schedules and sheet lists for 3 towers in the same file.

Hi All,
This is my first ever post here. I am an intermediate Revit user so please forgive if I ask stupid obvious questions.
I have attached a 3d render of my apartment building complex for your understanding. It comprises of 3 buildings above ground and a full plot sized unified single basement parking underneath. I have also attached a revit screenshot of the ground floor. The three buildings are 80% typical but we need to generate 5 different sets of drawings for the final release, listed below:
1. Substructure Package (Everything Basement)
2. Masterplan Package (GF Infrastructure and Landscape)
3. Tower A Package (Lvl 1-12)
4. Tower B Package (Lvl 1-13)
5. Tower C Package (Lvl 1-14)
At the moment, only structure file is linked. The rest is all 5 packages in one file. I modeled 1 building in detail, made groups of all the apartments, and copied it on the rest of the 2 towers. now I just edit 1 building, the rest of the 2 automatically updates, thanks to groups. I have an option of separating the 3 towers and linking in the main file. Main file will only consist of the landscape and basement, plus all the drafting, annotation, schedules, legends and sheets. But I havent done that yet. My PC is really powerful and handles the file decently.
The problem I am stuck at is that in order to generate these 5 different packages, I will need separate of the following things:
1. All Sorts of Schedules including Doors/Windows Schedules, Area Schedules, Stair Schedules, etc.
2. Drawing Indexes
3. Any other package based information extraction that im unaware of right now and will need later.
Right now revit calculates the total number of windows of three towers plus the basement and then give a count. Is there a way for making 5 different door/window/area schedules separately for 1 basement, 1 masperplan and 3 towers? Same goes for the drawing indexes. Can i generate 5 different drawing indexes for each one of the package?
