i have tried to use void but its not working , need some help

The tool don't do this funcion, is a specifc point don't waste you time, finish the railing before the local you want to cut, and make this finishing cut with a componet model in place family (or a loadable generic model) and get on with your life. You can use a regular railing for the top/bottom/posts but all the other stuff just do it manually.

In order not to interfere in the quantification, you can be part of the same grid, add a comment and filter the visualizations to not show.

Hide in views but not in the count.

not possible. try to change the position of your railing in the stair treads?
