mysterious keynote showing up 2017

i am using "user keynotes". on only one sheet there is a keynote that shows up in the keynote list on the sheet. it is not at all a keynote, it is just text. i checked the txt file where the keynotes are coming from and I cannot find that particular sting on text anywhere in the txt file. I am attaching screen shots of the keynote list that is on the sheet, the path that is directed to the txt file and the actual txt file.

Are you talking about the ---ACCESSIBILITY?  It could be a left over keynote reference an item that since removed from the key notes text file.  Simply highlight the row and delete it from your Key Note legend.

It won't have anything to do with your Keynote TXT file. It must be a Keynote tag in one of your views on that sheet.
