Model In Place Family Graphics Issues

These holes appear too far down when out of edit-in-place mode and disappear when editing. Not sure if it's a graphics issue or what. I've confirmed that it's like that for other members of the project team and not just myself. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you still facing this problem? Could you post some more details.
For example, are the holes in the panel part of a family are they model elements or symbolic lines? Are they using array? What category of Model in place are you using? What is your Revit version?

If possible, also please share the file (only the effected elements) as a RVT file as often times that is easier to diagnose.
