Missing Window frame

I hope you all are doing well. 

I can't see the frame in elevations. 

Can someone help me ??? the frame, window, are mass

Weird looking elevation. What's with the crosshatch?  Is your cut plane inside solid geometry?  Regarding window frames: it doesn't look like the windows are even visible. Reveal Hidden Elements and see if you hid them in the View. 

Reveal Hidden Elements is the Eyeglasses Icon on your Display Bar at the bottom of your screen. Turn it on and everything that is Hidden in the View will show  in Red.  

...set your View Phase Filter to SHOW COMPLETE also.

Go to Plan View and select the Elevation Marker Head to see the Cut Plane Line...

@amirhossein.jafarii: Do you have a Transparency applied to your Views?  Kind of looks that way in both Screenshots.
