Missing user interface tabs

When upgrading from revit 2018 to 2019, i cant seem to find Sigma estimates and Bim object in my user interface. They dont appear in options --> user interface --> tools and analyses either? What have i missed?

In most cases, plugins only work on one version of Revit. Look at the creator of the add-in if they have an installer for 2019.

When Autodesk Seek merged with BIM Object, for a while the Autodesk Seek function was still in the toolbar and a redirect was implemented to access the new site.  With 2019 that function was removed, but you can still download the BIM Object Plugin to bring back that functionality.

Sigma will have to be obtained from their website as it is a paid add-in.
