Missing Tool Bar Items

I've recently upgraded to Revit 2019 and I'm having trouble with the View Control Bar. 

I've not managed to find a trigger, but every so often the view control bar is missing some controls:

I mostly notice it when I come to use the Reveal Hidden Elements button and find it is not there.  To fix it I just switch to the desktop or another program and then back to Revit again and most of the time the bar reappears as it should.

Is this a bug?  Has anyone encountered this?

You talking about the Lightbulb icon? "Reveal Hidden Elements" is not in Families. FWIW, nor is "Hide in View" found in the right-click drop-down in a Family.

@barthbradleyYes, I am referring to the lightbulb. 

It's not necessarily in families that the lightbulb icon disappears; it can happen at many different times.  I only notice this when I try to use it and it's not there.

Switching back and forth between different windows brings back the icon so I wouldn't have thought it was anything with any particular feature as switching windows would keep the same toolbar.

Are you inside the In-Place Component modeling environment?  Or inside another operation? 

Maybe an add-in is messing with it?   Try disabling add-ins and see.

I disabled add-ins and ran for a while but it didn't seem to make any difference.

I'll give it a little while longer and see if I can find what triggers this to occur and hopefully that will give me some thing to go on...
