Missing Mullion when Exporting Revit to CAD

Hi all,

I'm trying to export a Revit floor plan to CAD. After exporting, everything shows up properly except that there is a type of mullion that does not show up. This only happens in Floor Plan views

Visibility - Checked

View Range - Checked

Export Setup - Checked

Family Type - Checked

Workset - Checked

The mullions inside the redlines are missing when exported to CAD.

The highlighted mullions are the same family but just different in size.

Softwares:

Autodesk Revit 2017

AutoCAD 2014

I am also having this issue and think I have pin pointed the issue to the fact that it doesn't export the mullions if the Width is 1" or less. I tried with 1" (split on Side 1 and Side 2 of the curtain grid) and doesn't export. I tried with 1 1/32" (split as well) and it does export. Aside from this, I can't figure out why this is happening or how to fix it...

Has anybody found any solution to how to fix this?
