Link CAD to model

This might not be the solution but, there is something peculiar about the DWG file. I could not get the file to open in AutoCAD 2017. It tells me that I need a newer version of AutoCAD to open. Also, your Revit file is 2015, no Revit might not be able to read later AutoCAD versions. But, without being able to open the DWG, I can't tell what is wrong for certain.

Have you been able to open the DWG file?

I just save down version CAD to 2010, now I can link it to model

Because ACE object in CAD make it not recognize when link to model

When we save down CAD this function automatic clearly
