Missing lighting fixture tags from linked MEP

In our RCP view template, we want to turn the lighting fixtures and lighting fixture tags on from the linked MEP model.

My process:

View Template ->  VG overrides RVT Links  ->  MEP Display Settings checked and set "custom"

Under the Model Categories tab  ->  Lighting Fixtures checked

Under the Annotation Categories tab  ->  Lighting Fixtures Tags checked

For some reason, the lighting fixtures show up, but not the tags.

I've tried other annotation categories under the RVT Link Display Settings, none of the tags will show up.  Did I miss something?

Please help. Thanks,

Try using "By Linked View"--where you use the view settings from the MEP model in yours.

Consultant may need to set up a view for you to use in their model.

This works... but piggy-backing off this question...

I am having the problem that if I do "by linked view" I see the tags, but can not individually hide them by element.

If I have it linked by "none" - then I don't see the tags at all...

Any combination where I can see the tags and text and am able to individually hide an element?
