Materials in render

hello im just new in revit. i would like to ask to all expert there why when i try to render my 3d view they always look like the same material. they look like a lump of clay LOL. also in the rendering dialog box it says it has missing some jpeg. material of some sort. where can i find them?

you haven't allocate materials in the scene...go in Material Browser >Appearance and choose image to use as base material...you have more settings here ,,,,Simplified like in my example....

Hi,

 The default path from the textures is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\Textures\1 or 2 or 3\Mats.

Please check if the textures are there.

The folders 1, 2 and 3 have the same textures with low, medium and high resolution respectively.

If there isn't the folder 1 for example you can use the @constantin.stroescu instructions to choose the same texture from folder 2.
