Revit 3D looking weird

I opened revit this morning to see my model looking suddenly like this. It seems the outlines of the interior are all sticking out into the exterior. When I click on section box the floors also appear weird in shape. Some of my stairs are underneath the floors. Can someone help me please as my assessment deadline is nearing and I’m stressing out, thank you.

Hi,

Occasionally, I encounter this visual bug when working with large files. To resolve this issue, I follow a simple workaround: I delete the current default 3D view and create a fresh default 3D view.
