Instance Parameters revert back to previous material after syncing when rendering in Enscape

Hello - I am an experienced Revit user and ran into this problem yesterday. I can't seem to find anyone else that has had this issue. In my door families I have several material instance parameters I use for rendering in Enscape. Yesterday, after updating these parameters to the material I wanted to use, when I would sync (we use a server for our worksharing projects in this office), some of the instance parameters would revert back to their previous value. This would only happen occasionally and not always to the same door. It happened while using Enscape, but I'm not sure if Enscape had anything to do with the problem.

I was the only one working in the project at the time so I know that there wasn't another person changing these parameters and syncing them back to the central model without my knowledge. I also know that I was indeed changing to values of the instance parameters because they would render correctly until I would sync. Also, I tried to recreate the situation this morning and it happened once when I changed a door's glass panel to a different material. When I synced, it went back to the previous material. Then I couldn't get it to happen again, even to the same door and same materials.

Has anyone had this problem and does anyone have a solution? It took way longer than it should have to render the images I needed yesterday.

Thanks for the help!

I have seen this happen from time to time when using Enscape specifically. I think some of the settings don't update / get stuck with all the new material editing stuff that you can do. I wasn't able to explicitly say it, but didn't have any issues at all when i was adjusting parameters and NOT using Enscape. May be something here to try and see if you can get it to happen on it's own.

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure but I don't think I've had the problem when NOT using Enscape either. However, I don't render all that often so I can't say for sure if it is related to Enscape or not. Seems likely that Enscapse could be the problem.
