Material Schedule not scheduling all

I have 12 materials tagged in my model but only 7 are being schedule.  Any particular reason?

1. You did not specify if they are same material or different material
2. You also did not specify the type of schedule from which you derived that material schedule
   • Multi-Category and then you filtered by material?
   • Or did you mean Material Take-Off schedule
3. If you filtered by Material did you check there are no other added filter which is filtering out some items?
4. If you took of from a Material Take-Off; then it would be category related. ie: if the other 5 material belong to a different category/assembly/family then they are not supposed to show
5. Did you check if you selected the option "Itemize Every instance" in the Sorting/Grouping tab of the schedule?

It could be one of the above or some other reason; but the question is too short and brief to identify the real problem...if you share more info someone might be able to help you better

Created a new schedule.  this time I used the Take-off / Multi-category and then filtered with my 'Mark'.

got everything in.
