This is a user forum and I would suggest removing your private phone number from a public forum.
I figured out the problem. I thought I would share it with you all so that if anyone else has the same problem they can use this as an option to fix the problem.
I went to "Services" and both the "Autodesk content Service" and the "FLEXnet Licensing Service 64" were disabled. Niether were changed to be disabled manually however it is possible they were changed through an update. So change both of the startup options by right clicking and going to "Properties." After you are in properties go to the "Startup type" drop down menu and change "Disabled" to "Automatic." do this for both services. After you have done that click "Apply."
Once you have changed the startup options right click on both services and click "Start." This will start the service.
Now the program should be running again.
