Manually assigning Shared Coordinates/Shared Site

I am mimicking a situation by creating three files:

Model 01: Here I define the location of the Project Base Point, ie 15000, 15000

Model 02: I am doing the exact same, just changing the same two values as above.

Model 03: This is a copy of 01, although, it is identical to 01

When I link Model 02 into Model 01 using By Shared Coordinates, it says

Differing Coordinate Systems
The document and the imported instance do not share the same coordinate system.
Default center-to-center positioning will be used.

However, if I link Model 03 into Model 01, it works nice.

1. How can I manually create a shared site?

2. When publishing the current shared coordinate system to a file, what is actually happening (knowing what, might help me manually creating the coordinates?)

3. How do I reset/remove a published coordinate system in a file?

Link model 2 to model 1 using Project base point to project base point, then acquire shared coordinates.

Answers to your 3 questions:
1. Manage, Location, Site
2. Publish the survey point to the other file
3. Go to 1 and edit or delete a shared site
