Looking for a good material resource

I have a little time crunch going on for a project presentation and I would like to show a nice vertical wood siding on this small office building with, hopefully, a very dimensional appearance. Looking for a very impressive representation. I'm wondering if anyone has any guidance or resources for finding or creating this material.

You should look into this one: https://lightbeans.com/textures/en . It has ​a ton of useful free high-res materials from local suppliers and manufacturers in North America . What your client will see in your render will be exactly what he gets in real life.
