Literature on creating Revit families

I wanted to reach out to fellow Revit users and ask if you know of any good books or websites that will show you how to make Revit families. I have a few door families that work great that I've  be given from old co-workers, but there are times when I need a specific style-like a craftsman from the Thurmatru book that I'd like to create from scratch for that job and to add to my library. I know how to make a basic non parametric family, but for example some of the door families I have are a family within a family and use pretty (seem) complicated formulas and parametric dimensions. Any recommendations?
