Move the project base point 1 meter up.

if i mode the base point by 1 meter my 1st storey also changed only 2nd storey and above need to move by 1 meter?

Then move the 1st floor up 1 meter along with the project base point.

Is the objective to change the Elevations of the Levels, or the the relationship between those circled Levels and the 2 Levels above them?
