The top of Screed/Blinding is the bottom of the top slab...simply use the normal spot elevation and set the Display Elevation to: Bottom Elevation

Same applies to the foundation...instead of Top Elevation use Bottom elevation

Thank you this worked but not for the floor slab. It always gived the bottom of the blinding. Any ideas how to make that work?

You must have modeled it as 1 floor with 2 layers...In such case you can convert the floor element to Parts

  • Placing a new spot elevation will report the bottom of the upper part/layer
  • Existing spot elevations which you have already placed should not be affected

Edit: See GIF Below

That didn't work. It disappeared completely when I converted to parts

That is because when you convert to parts it no longer behave like a floor so it disappears when outside the view range. Check the view depth and give it an offset to cover the parts you need to annotate.

Floors are when of the exceptions in view range...they have an adjusted range of 4' below the bottom of the primary range (they show as projection) this applies to stairs and ramps too
