Keynote Schedule that includes Sheet name and number

Has anyone ever created a keynote schedule that would incorporate the sheet name and number in it? I would like to be able to make it so I can sort by sheet number then sheet name then keynote number. I know that you can see this information if you are using keynote manager but you can't put that on a sheet.

You know you can Filter Keynote Legend by Sheet, don't you?

Yes... That applies when you put that schedule on several sheets. I want to put the schedule on a sheet and have it list each sheet and each keynote that is on that sheet.

I basically want to know if anyone has been able to add the sheet name and sheet number fields to the keynote schedule successfully.

So you want a contractor to switch between sheets then go back to the legend sheet and then back to the view sheet....back and forth...  You don't like your contractor's do you?

Strictly for in house use.  Lot of young designers writing excessively long notes. Mostly for a learning tool.

I have worked with an architect that made us place the keynotes on a sheet in the front of the set, sorted by project and not have them on each sheet. He didn't like his contractors.

Actually, I've 11x17 plan sets this way.  In AutoCAD. Don't remember doing it in Revit though.

lot of people use " NOTE BLOCK " to identify unique Scheduling per different sheets..

Noteblock can schedule different symbols.. as long as you place

Unique ( Identifying ) symbol, on plan, some view which is on sheet , and create

a parameter ( Text, Sheet number, Sheet name ), you can create a Note block schedule to

place on from Cover page etc..

for example..

KEYNOTE-NOTEBLOCK-SYMBOL.JPGKEYNOTE-NOTEBLOCK-SYMBOL.JPG

A - Count

B - Symbol type

C - Custom Parameter, this wont pick the sheet number automatically, but just need

to assign .. in this example I have written Sheet number and name...

Best luck
