Keyed Notes Leader

zbischof_0-1697137686491.png

I'm messing around with labels and spruesing up our keyed notes. In this case I want a keyed note that has a yes/no box to check and it display (TYP.) on top of the keyed note. (Getting it on the other sides is future Zachs problem). If I turn the label off the leader touchs the box.

I'm running into an issue with leaders. I want my leader line to touch the keyed note box. The extent of the label seems to cause the line to step away from the box. Is there any way to have the text not count in the extent of the family? IE I just want Revit to look at the box and not the text. I'm using some invisible lines to get the leader centered.

Thanks for any ideas!

Sadly you cannot control the leader placement. You can attempt to add nested generic annotation. Once you do this, the leader will move to the bottom of the box. See attached
