Join in Place Mass Roof with Roof

Hello. I have created a mass in place roof and would like to extend and join to another roof. Please see my sketch and screencast:

There is no need to extend and join. Simply modify the sketch of the roof.

The roof is created from a vertical plan extrusion, in order to fit with the other roof, I don't see how I can do it by editing the sketch. If you coul dexplian little bit more I would be grateful, many thanks.

Modify the sketch of the roof that has an L shape in plan now and make it into a T. Delete the other one that you did by extrusion; that one is not necessary.
