just open it from R2024 and it will upgrade to the newer version. 

 

Be aware, you can't do it the other way around. 

Revit Version: R2026.2
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec

Sorry about the confusion,  

I did my draft on 2024 and needs to be opened in 2023.  Is this possible??

No. You cannot save down a Revit file to an older version.
