You can move a Revit Server project file off of Revit Server but it will no longer be available to people that rely on Revit Server until you save it back on to Revit Server.

You can use Detach from Central when you open a project hosted by Revit Server then save the project to your regular server project folder. You'll need to use the RS Admin panel to remove the project from Revit Server so other people don't work on it.

If you want to put the project back on RS, use Detach from Central again and browse to Revit Server to save the project again. You won't be able to overwrite the existing project file if it is still there. You'll have to use a different name.
