Integral Arrow head style in additional settings

Can we make the integral Arrow head style as mentioned below?

You can configure different arrows for different situations.  Choose your arrowed text; click on Edit Type;  duplicate; rename it; choose another arro type between the options you have. 

Also, you can configure different arrow types on Mange-Additional Settings - Arrowheads

Actually we always stuck by the term "Arrow head". If we use the term "Leader Head" instead then you will see there are few fixed type of leader head available in Mange-Additional Settings. Hope you got my point. Thanks.

Hey man, try this 🙂

After that, we could see some options (arrow, dot, datum, etc). That items should be filled, having their angles changed and some other individual stuff but, unfortunately, we can´t draw a new type 😞

What you should do instead is to use a Category or material Tag and draw your lines and arrow heads as you wish
