Insert my new windows on my project

Hello everyone! I hope someone can help me with this! I create a new window family and everything is ok except for one think...once I import to my project the position is not right, the wall covered the window so is not in section like it supposed to be!! I changed the planes but is still like that! Maybe the parameters are wrong. I don't know!

Did you start a new family using a Door template when prompted to select a family template? Or did you start with a face based family?

Yes, I started a new family using a window template. If you can as soon as I go back at work I upload the file so you can see what is wrong!! Thank you so much! 🙂

Yes, except for the glass than it's always outside of the wall if I draw a double...it works well with one! 😕
