The footer is displaying a different line pattern over the right side of the floor (there are 2 floors next to each other). I need it to be consistent.

It does not appear that the footer line is coming through. See the line appearing through when highlighted:

Then you have more than 2 overlapping lines. Keep overriding with the Invisible linework until only one remains. You can also join geometry adjacent elements to clean them up.
