Improper Lineweights and View in RCP

All of the lines in my rcp are a faint light grey and I can't see window or door thresholds, which I need to show. My walls show up as white and I can't see the black fill. Essentially, it didn't carry over the same base template as my floor plan. How can I fix so that my walls are filled and thresholds show? I have my base level as Level 1 and my top as unbounded.

All the grey lines and white fills means that's likely an underlay. I don't know why the ceiling elements aren't showing up, but I think it's got something to do with your view range/view template settings.

Thresholds aren't normally shown in an RCP.  But they can be by changing the View Range, which is typically defaulted with the Cut Plan at 7'-6" - well above the Door Openings.

Do you have anything modeled on level 2? And your underlay base level should be level 2, not level 1.

I don't have anything modeled on level 2, I'll check about the base level and see what that does,

When I change the base to level 2 I now can't see any walls, only my model lines. (just lines not an actual model)

If you have nothing modeled on level 2 then that is what you see on a level 2 ceiling plan view. Nothing. And my comment to change the underlay base level is moot.

Do you mean to create a level 1 ceiling plan view instead?

So I have only one floor, and that is level 1. But, my walls go to "level 2" at 16 feet. They are to that top constraint. I figured my ceiling plan would be Level 2 View, with a Level 1 underlay so I'd be looking down from that top16 feet. I can't even place lights in the ceiling, they only recognize the walls. Which don't show their fill. I tried changing the cut pattern to solid black and it still doesn't fix

 I changed the view on the properties palette to base as level 2, top unbounded, and to look down.

Would that be the correct setting?

Again, create a level 1 ceiling plan and you can place ceiling and lights.  Your level 2 has nothing, ignore it.
