Imported objects from Sketchup to Revit don't look 100% on Enscape.

Hi guys,

I understand that whenever I import something from Sketchup to Revit I get the message saying: "The original model contains unsupported geometric data such as curves or points", but they normally look all right on Revit and as soon as I run Enscape, there are some missing parts. Does any one would know a possible solution for that?

Thanks guys.

Solution? What about a different viewing angle or rotating the tractor in the view so that the flaws are hidden.  Only half-kidding.  There are always post-production cleanup methods too.   Other than that, model the tractor in Revit if it's that critical.

Maybe import SKP in AutoCAD, save as DWG and import the DWG to a Revit family.

Maybe import using the Import 3D plugin for Revit from an Wavefront OBJ file.

Thanks for the replies guys.

@barthbradley

Yeah, it's not critical, I can do that, but as all of us are a bit perfectionists, would be cool finding a solution.

@ToanDN
Tried that and it solves most of the transparency/broken parts issues but it comes out without colours.

@luisPDAN6
Free trial doesn't allow me to import a different model apart from the demo one. And also, didn't come out with colours.

@ale_jablonski

The Import 3D version 1.1 allows to import any 3D geometry (glTF,OBJ,Collada) and it is not limited to the demo file. It imports materials and colors on my end.
