I´ve lost all my Revit templates - how do I get them back

I use Revit 2023

I somehow lost all my templates... they show up as none

How can I get these back?

View->View Templates (drop down) -> Manage View Templates. On the "View type filter" set it to <all>. Can you see them now?
If not, Open another project at the same time (which it has the view templates) and then on the first project: Manage-> Transfer Project Parameters -> check the View templates -> OK

You lost CUSTOM Templates (RTE) or you lost the OOTB Templates (RTE)?  Are they not at the location specified under Options=>File Locations?  The default path to the OOTB Templates are usually here:  C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT [year]\Templates\[language]
