I have problem with the scale

I'm having trouble with the scale and text looking weird. Anyone know why this happens?

Either the text size is too high or the labels / text fields are too narrow.

When I send the rvt file to the teacher or someone else who has revited, it looks right on them but not on me. The teacher said that the problem might be in the font in the operating system, but I don't know how to solve it.

Did this start as a template file from someone else? Your teacher may be correct. Find out what the font is and see if its on your computer.

C:\Windows\Fonts

If the required font isn't there, have someone else email it to you. They can pull it from the same folder on their computer. Your teacher would probably be a good bet.

Is from Revit. When I send the rvt file to my teacher, it looks right. I sent the rvt file to a friend who works as an architect and with him it is correct. They suspect that the style found in revit is not present in the OS. Something that makes it so.

Hi @m.alewi ,

The scale element is part of the titleblock?

Then select titleblock and rightclick on it and select "Edit Family"

Next select the text (can be a textnote or label) and check in it's type (Edit Type) which text font is used

If the font property is empty, then the font most likely doesn't exist on you're system, if so have someone check it's font and have it installed.

You are almost there, select one of the text elements and then check it's font property by clicking on "Edit Type".
