I can`t select any items in this project

I just received this project as you can see in the picture I can't select any element. I tried several methods but none of them work.
I also don't see the architect's plan.
Would it be a problem because it is not included in the project? Should it be separately loaded?

Check the Select Drop down Options and see if you need to enable any

Check the Manage tab >> Manage Links and reload the Architectural Model...if the lined model is missing, ask them to send it as well!!

If you could, attach/upload the model for a closer check

Perhaps the object is placed in design option. Check off exclude options

I can select now all the items but i can`t select any apart to edit. Is this not possible?

It is revit link. You cannot it unless you open the link Revit model and edit from there.

Look at your screenshot that you've provided. It said RVT link. You go Open and find this file. Edit whatever you want to do and then save.
