How to schedule attached revit links INSIDE revit links

Background:
We are working on a HUMONGOUS revit model which we had divided into many smaller, manageable divisions for easier operation.
Whenever we issue any document to the teams therefore, we have made a habit of adding a schedule of revit models with their latest revision and issue dates so the team can know exactly which models have been referenced for each set of documents.
due to the size of our resulting models, we divided the model into levels, with shell and cores model being common to all levels but the architectural elements and MEPF divided into levels and further divided into their respective departments (we had different specialist consultant for each department).
Situation:
in order to develop sections across some MEPF rooms and shafts, we had to build models that combined more than a few levels, however since each level entailed linking around 50 revit links each, we just linked the revit files where we had previously linked the revit models by level for example, a revit file for level 01 where all the models for level 01 were linked previously, and so on.
Problem:
Although this resolved our essential issue i.e. that of creating the sections themselves, when we make schedules for ALL the revit links in the model, our schedule just shows the revit links DIRECTLY linked in that specefic model and not all the revit links attached in the level-wise linked models.
Attaching a screenshot of the schedule we are currently getting. what we essentially need is to somehow replace these level-wise link names with the multitude of links we attached to these level-wise links.
Thanks in advance.
