I'm working on a house project and faced the issue of foundations in elevation. I only want to show them in cross sections, not in elevations. How is that possible? I'm using Revit 2020 student version.
Every element in Revit is assigned to a Category. Go to the View's Visibility/Graphics Overrides and find the Category which is assigned to the Foundation, and uncheck the box (e.g. turn it off). If however, you only want to turn off selected elements, and not entire Categories of elements, then select the elements, right-click, press Hide in View: By Element.
