Epic fail trying to load a BIM360: this helpful disaster message displays. I opened normally, from the BIM 360 blue icon, navigating to the BIM360 folder location where the .rvt file is located and get this message... https://drive.google.com/a/designbuildllc.com/file/d/1kCHo-wwPQwpWI7JutjzW2rQOdP-eU9Uc/view?usp=driv...
translation ... "we thought we'd throw your project in the trash"
I have tried opening with an audit. no go. The model displays on the Bim360 document management page, a publish from 2 days ago. https://drive.google.com/a/designbuildllc.com/file/d/13UlJ-SLQ6Fz-le7FtAv17tNJLmFFCe_c/view?usp=driv...
Assuming the good folks at Autodesk have indeed shredded my work, where are the backup copies stored in A360? How can I "revert to a previous of the project" as the Revit dog that ate my homework advises?
Other bim360 r2019.2 projects open fine.
May this article from the knowledge center help you:

let's hope that the model is not corrupted
Hi @steve,
I may be late here but are you able to open the file with an audit? Or did you already move to a "working" copy?
