signing version 2020

The signing in of my revit version 2020 is showing me the entire time that box Iike in the picture  in different languages, but my version installation is only in English. Why is that thing happening? Is it normal?

And when I am trying to sign in, nothing is happening. Not even opening a window telling me to sign in. what can I do? Thanks.

Right thanks it was my firewall 😊

I'm allowing revit through internet and now I can sign in
