How to make Revit include window sil area in the room area

Hi Guys
I ran into a problem because the builder wants to include sill area into the room area. Is there any way I can make Revit include window sill area into the room area, without having to convert every single window to a Curtain wall? (see picture below). It is a very big project so manually measurement is not a option. Hope you guys can help!  
Using Revit 2022
