How to make parameters like these

how.JPGLike here instead of putting values to change the dimension of the material,you can just stretch it by pulling arrows.

in the family create Ref. Planes to align and lock the geometry to, pull dimensions between the Ref. Planes, and then label the dimensions with instance parameters.

Thanks,although there is one problem  for example

If I drag the arrow highlighted,it also move the object along with it.

Make sure not locking any dimension instance parameters.

 

And below is the answer I provided in your exactly same topic regarding 3d:

 

" On top of what @cbcarch has said, the parameters must be Instance, not Type parameters.  If you want the grips to show in 3D, use Reference Lines instead of Reference planes."

But the problem is still there even if I am not using equity constraint.
