How to make Grid showing the same from every floor view

I made a grid from level 1, but when I changed my view to Level 2 or 3, the GRID 1,2,3 mirrored itself to another side, when I try to move the GRID 1,2,3 from Level 2, it changes the Level 1 Grid too.

LEVEL 2LEVEL 2

LEVEL 1LEVEL 1

Hi,

Open a Floor Plan and make the grids as you want them to look. Select all grids and click on "Propagate Extents" > select views to apply the extents. Now it looks the same in the views you choose.

Uncrop all the views. Open one view, change all grids to 2d extent and stretch them to your liking. Select all grids, use Propagate extent to appy it to all other views from the list (there is a box to filter views of the same scale only). When done, turn view crop back on

This doesn't seem to be working when the views have a scope box. I have followed the process to remove scope box and uncrop view, make the changes in one view, propagate then re-apply the scope box, but then that resets any changes being made previously
